Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the full payment. We will then confirm your booking by email. If we have not received your full payment with 7 working days, your provisional booking will lapse.

Payments can be made by cheque payable to M&C Lates or by bank transfer. In the event of you being unable to take your holiday, you should inform us immediately by email. If a holiday is cancelled with more than 8 weeks' notice, you will receive a full refund. If a holiday is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the start of a holiday, the whole amount is payable unless we succeed in re-letting when the payment will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £100.

Accommodation is non-transferable unless permission is given by Glas Bheinn Cottage.
